Hi Daryl! This is actually covered pretty well by John Potter in the RAB's CDMC course. You can find more details about the course at http://www.rab.com/public/academy/cdmc.cfm
I set a value and I stick to it. Our streaming sponsorship went unsold for the entire first year I started my gig because I was unrelenting in my willingness to accept anything less than what I felt was incredible access to our audience. After the first year of clients (and the radio sales team!) seeing I wasn't going to cave, we've had no problem finding annual sponsors to invest in the product at 100% of our asking price.
may I ask what was your asking price for your package and how many listeners you have? thanks
Lisa;

In our database currently we have 32,000 very active VIP's
The '09 sponsorship was $2500/mo based on '08 stats of 631,000 uniques streams.
Video pre-roll, fixed banner in the web player, lots of on-air sponsor tags, ROS banners, and they receive an :08 mention prior to the start of every local commercial break within the web stream.
