News Talk Rates for Local Programming

We are taking one of our stations News Talk. In the plans, is a local Expert Network segment from 9a-11a – 4 30-minute programs, 5 days a week (20 separate programs with no exclusivity).

I’m interested in thoughts on how to price each 30-minute program and to see if anyone wants to talk me out of this concept.
