We have a group of pipers here in Pullman. They dress up in traditional garb for parades and shows. But there is one guy - probably in his late 60's or early 70's - who wears a kilt all the time. Rides his bicycle a lot around town.
Nice to know you do phone blitzes in the UK, too. Are they usually tied to special events, holidays, etc. - or are they for something else, e.g., prospecting?
