I send out a radio sales tip newsletter called The Jingle Of The Week to members of Radio Sales Cafe. May I send you a copy? If you'd like to receive the free sales tips, just send me back your email address!
RSC does not provide email addresses ... I'll need your email address to get started.

Rebecca Schwartz said… Hello James,
Thanks for your note! I didn't realize Facebook put a limit on "liking" pages, but we do make our content public so you can check out the sales articles and so forth anytime you like without actually having to "like" the page.
Best wishes to you as you embark upon a new career! I agree that it can be scary -- I still have to psych myself up for cold calls -- but I think it's tremendously rewarding, not just in terms of money earned (which is nice, to be sure), but also from the point of view of getting to know your customers and developing a rapport and friendship with them.
If you haven't already, you might like to check out the "New to Radio Sales?" section of the discussion forum, as we've had a lot of newcomers ask some good questions and get some good answers. And if you ever want to get RSC members' input on any particular matter, please don't hesitate to put up a new post.
Have a great rest of the week!
Rebecca

Welcome to Radio Sales Café & thank you for joining us! I hope you'll find the site a useful resource. If you have any questions, please let me know.
Also, if you're on Facebook and/or Twitter, you might like to follow RSC there (links on the right side of the page); we're constantly posting motivational quotes, sales tips & articles, ideas for promotions, etc., that are not found on the site per se.
Best wishes,
Rebecca
