Why not build on the recently successful "Cash for Clunkers?" I am using the idea this fall with an Eye, Nose and Throat practice for eye glasses and hearing aids.
Typically, I write 10 to 12 commercials per week. I write my own. I find that I must be creative based on the client. The creativity for each takes time.

My telemarketer calls all accounts....all current advertisers and hopefully future advertisers. However, I absolutely am going out into the community to find people who have a passion for their cause and talk with them about doing telemarketing campaigns.
