Quick idea that I want to do here: Saturday Night Drive In Movie. Have it on the lot free. Get with the movie theatre for a Family Friendly Movie that ytou can show on a big screen (or side of the building with a high end projector), broadcast audio via low power FM transmitter. Set up Hot Dog Cart with proceeds going to a charity etc... and have Movie Night on the lot! I think if would have great nostalgia value.
