Fall Back Thought...

As I delayed getting out of bed this morning it occured to me, with the clocks resetting back an hour this Sunday, this is an excellent opportunity to do more, without having to get up earlier. Our body clock is already set to get up at a certain time, say 7AM. But come work on Monday our body clock will get us up at 6AM (in most of the US).
