I am an early riser, sometimes awake at 4am, and almost always by 5. I'm guessing many of you are the same way. Yesterday, around 4pm, I was staring at my desk blotter and the cork board in front of me. It was the 4pm wall. I couldn't shake it. Finally, my away-at-university daughter called and I grabbed my cell phone and went outside to get some fresh air.
