Another Friday already; time sure does fly when you are having fun! Not too much going on here. We surpassed our October goal, and went into November in good shape, so should finish the year strong.
I am working on 2011, which is always a challenge the first time around. I do have a pretty good handle on sales, but not the expenses.
We are still opening boxes at home; and hope to finish all that by Thanksgiving when 4 of the kids and 9 grandsons will be here.
One of my salesgals is going part time in January (she is only 58 and doing well, but her husband is semi-retiring, so she thinks she should too). so I am working with one my announcers who wants to "try" sales. So we are going from 5 salespeople to 5 1/2.
We did our Holiday Greetings Phone Blitz in October and went well over last year. We also put on an Ag Expo in February and already have 92 of the 100 booths rented. We tried an Ag Show in Williston twice, but could not get it off the ground and gave up.
Well; time to go to work,
