Yep.....your "mail merge" program is definately old school. Yes absolutely businesses hate telemarketers....so it's all in how you present it. Stations all over generate thousands of dollars each month through telemarketing. The business doesn't look at it as that bad word "advertising"....it's them giving back to the community through education and that in turn brings business back to them.
Sounds like you're a jingle company, not with a radio station.
Gotta remember a radio station is first a sales organization backed up by on-air programming.
