The 4 o'clock wall.

  • I am an early riser, sometimes awake at 4am, and almost always by 5. I'm guessing many of you are the same way. Yesterday, around 4pm, I was staring at my desk blotter and the cork board in front of me. It was the 4pm wall. I couldn't shake it. Finally, my away-at-university daughter called and I grabbed my cell phone and went outside to get some fresh air. It was like 30 degrees out, but it felt good to my senses and helped greatly to get over the wall. I'm wondering what the rest of you do to get over the 4 o'clock wall. And, don't say a Snickers bar, my waist line can't handle it. Know what I mean? -Paul
