    Sometimes in advertising sales your clients need to be prompted to know the pain of not advertising.

    If you can get them excited about the possibilities of working with you and your radio station, and then ask them what the benefits of working with you would be, you will have completed a “mini buy in”.

    Then, when you discover their motivation to purchase your offer or promotional event, you can close your sales by pointing out to them that if they do not advertise then the very benefits they want and have just told you may elude them if they do not go ahead and purchase.
