Your Telephone Is Your New Best Friend

    Nearly 50 years ago, Jim Williams started teaching his students the importance of conducting regular "phone blitzes."  These monthly efforts made salespeople and stations a lot of money back in the day.

    They still do. Many of the most successful and profitable small-market stations in America continue to grow their top-line revenue year after year by making telephone sales and prospecting an integral part of their overall sales efforts.
