Radio group hijacks brands' ads to stress value of radio

    You kinda have to hear these spots to get what they're doing. And hear them you can, three examples of how CRA starts with real advertisers' commercials and repurposes them as vehicles to deliver a pro-radio message, conveying how important radio is during the CV-19 pandemic. According to the article in Mumbrella:

    Commercial Radio Australia (CRA’s) has hijacked brands’ radio ads to send a message to advertisers that radio’s audience is growing as more Australians are turn (sic) to the medium.

     

    One of CRA’s ads highlight that the radio ads are still able to be recorded and produced while abiding by COVID-19 social distancing rules.

    The campaign was created by audio specialist agency, Eardrum.
