First off, if anyone wants a quick sales meeting that costs them nothing, does not drone on and takes just 15 minutes every Tuesday and Thursday... well we have one. It's done on the web, no call in required and did I mention FREE? It's 15 minutes each day and it features just one idea designed to help SELL. To sign up, click the link.

If you want multiple people in your organization to attend, send them the link.
On another front: RAB convention is expensive. NAB convention is expensive. What would people here think of going to a "virtual" convention? This would be a two or three day even featuring speakers, venders and whatnot, all accessable from your computer. It's just an idea, but I wanted to see if this group has interest.

Sounds like a great idea!

Great Idea for the meetings! I signed up for both. With just a little under two years in sales at my radio stations I'm happy to have access to additional training! Thank you!

Wendy: There is also about eight hours of training on line that streams....

I think that's a great idea. Why spend the time and money traveling when we have a medium that can bring the content directly to our desks. My thought is actually doing more of a recording of an annual convention. From the many folks that I speak to on a daily basis, webinars can be time consuming, and what day might work for someone, might not work for the other. What if we produced an annual convention in an online format. Each station that signs up, get access to a private campus with an entire series specifically catered to programming, sales, ext. Would this generate interest??

Hello Chris.
I signed up for this presentation, but I have only been able to catch one of them. . . Which I really enjoyed! But for some reason they don't broadcast during the time listed. The link I received shows up around 9:30 to 10:00. Those are my peak hours for going out to see people. . .Any suggestions on this? I'm in MST.
Oh and I immediately applied the tools suggested in the meeting and I had a great week. So I consider this a REALLY valuable tool!

Wendy!
Starting in a couple of weeks we will be recording each meeting and positing it for a week on a free site. I'll keep you posted!
