    This Week's Sales Tip: What is your highest payoff activity? Meeting with clients may be your immediate response but that doesn't happen until you prospect. You may be tired of hearing that but your Sales Manager is right. 

    As you gear up for 2015, give some thought to your commitment to prospecting. I allocate 90 minutes every morning and 90 minutes every afternoon to prospecting. My program yields a steady flow of new prospects and that would not be possible without my smiling and dialing twice a day.

    Set your plan in stone and don't deviate. A solid prospecting routine is just what it takes to do what you do best ... Meeting with new clients and closing deals.
