This Week's Sales Tip: I'm on a crusade to deal with all the Distractions that keep me from prospecting for new business.
I'm dropping a number of things that stand in my way. The way I deal with email is a good place to start. Do I really need to check my email every minute of every day? Do I really need to collect digital music like a lunatic? Do I really need a steady dose of Cable New Broadcasts? And 100+ apps on my IPhone is a little weird. Don't you think?
My sister sums it up as The Rich and The Rest. The Rich avoid Distractions and put prospecting at the top of their to do list. The Rest have too much to do and no time to do it.
