I would like to request a sample media kit for radio advertising which one can show and send to a prospect/ advertiser. Also, what are the recommended formats?

We stopped doing cookie-cutter media kits because they all get thrown in the trash or become outdated. We send information the client requests as they request it, or if we're pitching for new business, we create customized materials for each situation.

I was hoping for a boiler plate kind of template which could be customized to each clients needs.
