Thirty years ago, according to this article in the New York Times, Jay Leno was "an up-and-coming comic," tapped by the Radio Advertising Bureau to voice a series of spots.
The RAB campaign was called "I Saw It on the Radio," an attempt to promote radio's visuality to predominantly eye-centric ad agency buyers and advertisers.
I can remember airing these spots back in the mid-eighties. I thought they were good then and listening to them just now, they still work.

Do you have these Rod that you can email to me?
