    Does your station offer spiffs for selling holiday packages (or anything else)?  Describe.

    Yes. We do a one day phone blitz. Spiffs are based on your goal for that day, plus size of package sold and who sells the most in the hour. It's fun, competitive and keeps your sales people pumped up. Plus a great way for them to earn extra money.

    ABSOLUTELY!   We increase commissions on new business to cover the first billing and often offer dollar amount bonuses on specific sales needs.
