    Happy Friday, everyone!

A recent Inside Radio article, What's That Sound? It's the Jingle Making a Comeback, begins, "In advertising circles, the jingle is suddenly so catchy again that it is staging a comeback. As marketers look for fresh ways to connect with consumers and invest more in branded audio and visual content, the jingle could be a perfect vehicle to stand out." The article goes on to discuss why jingles can be so effective.

So we thought it would make a good topic for a poll question:

How many of your advertisers use jingles in their commercials?  What is the most memorable jingle you've heard?

Looking forward to reading your replies! (And as always, we welcome you posting spots so we can hear your advertisers' jingles!)

Only 20% use jingles but we're working to increase that.

My two favorites, oldies but goodies:    "Winston tastes good like a cigarette should"

                                                                and

"Pepsi Cola hits the spot; six whole ounces, that's a lot."

I have one client that has been around for 71 years that I recalled their jingle from my youth.  We have our afternoon host doing live ads for this HVAC company but as a back up, I have a jingle version of their ads which I also use for streaming.

I also have a restaraunt delivery service that advertises occasionally that uses a jingle
