    Hi All,

I work closely with a Town Centre that does all their marketing through us and they spend a lot of money each year. I have been invited to attend a BID proposal meeting with a view to making this a Business Improvement District (full informatioon of this is widely available on the net). We are hoping to get in on the ground floor as media partners. I wondered if any of you guys work in such enviroments, and whether you have found it beneficial, if so, in what ways. Any and all feedback is appreciated.

    Chris,

This is a win win situation. You will find new clients that typically haven't use radio in the past and be able to group their marketing into a better campaign. A creative plan showing more traffic and goodwill will secure their budget.

    David,

Thanks for this feedback, it is much appreciated. I was pretty sure that this would be a good thing, and certainly wanted to get in on the ground floor, this just confirms it.

    Best,

    Chris.
