One of my customers and friends, the owner/manager of a small-market radio station in the Midwest, would like your input on this question:
If you have an employee at your station who does phone sales only, what is your compensation plan for that person? Straight commission, commission plus salary or hourly wage, or other?

From Rebecca White: I would do straight commission since they're not putting miles on a car and not going outside the station to do anything.
