Hello all! I have a couple of questions that I would like to put before you:

 

1) Is there a good ad firm that represents small market stations? We would like some face time in front of national and regional buyers but need a good start or an agency that can help.

 

2) Do we have a list or contacts for travel trade? We are big on promotions, but many of our vacation trades are contacted in house and are regional. We would like to expand that a little. I was once on a site, but lost the address, for a company that offered bulk travel at a low cost for promotions.

For you question number two. We work with a company called Travelflo check them out. We've done some great promotions using trips.

For Q1, call Stuart Sharpe at Regional Reps in Cleveland & Cincinnati. Been in business for years, just opened another office in NYC. Not sure where else they have offices.

1. You may want to check with Regional Reps. They have represented our three stations since 2004 and have done an excellent job.

2. If you have a Wyndham Vacation Resort property in your market, they are a good source of package and overnight accomodations for TRADE. You simple receive points and you can package them at various properties worldwide.

I don't know about your region of the country but in the NW we use Tacher Company (Joe Costello 503-682-9402). They are NW based but have been opening offices in major markets so it may be worth a call.
