Client Needs Analysis

    Does anyone have a good CNA form that our sales staff can use when talking to a client? We're looking for a list of questions that will guide our staff when they are trying to find out what a customer needs and wants.

    Hi Delores....there are a lot of different versions floating around out there. Attached is the one we use and find very effective, especially getting the right information to include an ROI for the presentation. Good luck. Dennis
