There's huge difference between "satisfaction" and "loyalty". I think "satisfaction" is a 5 on a scale of 1-10. My goal is LOYALTY.
What do Loyal clients do?
First and foremost, THEY CONTINUE TO BUY.
What else do they do and why do you want it?

They have a relationship with you . . . and a relationship is infinitely better than just a sale or two. The clients know you have their best interests at heart and are truly trying to serve them, and they will therefore give consideration to your recommendations. Another benefit is that these clients are more apt to give you referrals.

When you and clients develop a positive relationship, they become more and more Loyal. When they are loyal, they can and will move through problems and errors. They want to continue to work with you even though you are human and make mistakes. I want loyalty!

A loyal client is also one who isn't afraid to recommend you to another business person. They are also available for you to use them as a reference as well. A loyal client works with you and understands when it doesn't always mesh like both of you want it to.
A satisfied client is just that. They are pleased you did the job but they are also the one who says "what have you done for me lately?"
