Hi!  I need some fun, creative ideas for promos for hs football.  Two of our local teams are playing each other for the first time...  Thanks! 

Hope it's not too late for suggestions? First off, it would be a nice souvenier for fan, parents and students to have either a commemorative shirt or trinket emblazened with the two teams, time and date of game...and of course your radio station's logo.

Then...if you haven't already...promote the heck out of your radio station (if you're covering the game on the radio..great...if not....still attach yourself to the contest).

For the week leading up to the game, do call-in contests for listeners to win tickets to the game, a free shirt/trinket for the game and they qualify for some bigger prize you can get from an area sponsor.

Last nice touch would be to make the call of the game available on-line...either as a live stream or download after the fact from your website.
