In the past we have used a company we thought was called: Radio & Televison Promotions Co., and dealt with a guy named Mort Small (??) He often had pkgs with merchandise that we bought to use for promotions and contests. One big one we liked to use was a large assortment of Halloween candy which we used for a Hallowen promotion. We have lost his contact information and would like to reconnect with him. Does anyone know of this company or one similar to it? THANKS
