I would say its a tie between car dealers and cellular phone dealers. Political is at its peak too..but of coarse thats only temporary.

We're a small town (27,000) and county (35,000 total) Trade area of around 65,000. All three local car dealers and both furniture stores. However, the biggest growth has been in health related services, particularly Home Care and Hospice Care.

Since KSPA went to a conservative talk format 6 months ago, we have more loan modification and mortgage companies lining up for us. Must be something about politics and the economy.

Painting with a broad brush, health care (i.e., hospitals, medical clinics, physical therapy and fitness, eye care, etc.) would be our top category at the moment, followed by automobile dealers and bars/restaurants (we're a college town).

For some reason lately it's been schools....colleges, universities, adult education, high schools, etc. For three weeks straight there wasn't a spot break without a college or university in it 24/7.

We're in a tourist town. So, eliminating the obvious tourist categories it's phone companies, financial institutions, and healthcare.
