There are over 66 Million Working Women in the USA and they comprise 46.8% of the total US Workforce. 74% of employed Women work on full time jobs, while 26% work on a part-time basis. The largest percentage of employed Women (40 percent) worked in management, professional, and related occupations; 32 percent work in sales and office occupations; 21 percent in service occupations; 5 percent in production, transportation, and material moving occupations; and 1 percent in natural resources, construction, and maintenance occupations. This week I have an idea for you that the Working Women of your community will absolutely love ... a series of 2011 Working Women Luncheons. Once a month you host a Working Womens Luncheon at a local Restaurant or Catering Hall. Feature interesting guest speakers on a vararity of topics including Sales Motivation, Finacial Planning, Tax Preparation, Insurance Issues and Human Resources.

Sell tickets rather than giving them away ... The value of a paid ticket will boost attendance and will cover your restaurant food costs. The revenue stream will come from your local sponsors and there will be plenty of anxious prospects lining up to sponsor this program. You will be delivering a captive audience of the top Working Women in your community every month and the clients on your account list will jump at this opportunity.

Local Banks, Credit Unions, Community Colleges and Auto Dealers are just a few great prospects for sponsors. Personnel Agencies, Office Supply Stores, Computer Centers ... even Health Care prospects like Hospitals and Womens Health Care Centers will love this idea.
