In the eternal struggle to get better 'orgnizized' in this electronic age.  I'd be curious to know what software/program you use to manage clients and track prospect activity.

What's the best free one out there I can download?  In you opinion. Currently I'm using Outlook and Excel.  Plus I'm not the most computer literate byte out there.

Talk about the least of the least, I'm in North Louisiana.  Help this simpleton out when you get a chance.

    Thanks for your help.

We use the Account Manager program from RAB. It's fairly simple so it doesn't take much time to enter things in, and it has a lot of great features. It's not free, but it has definitely paid for itself many times over.

    Allison,

Thanks for the info.  What kind of price are we talking about?  And do I have to be a member of RAB?

    Rick:

My group is going through the conversion to the RAB Account Manager system that is offered through the RAB as well. The system is unbelievable and will allow everything to be electronic while eliminating the unnecessary paper files and disorganization. One of the features synchronizes the software directly to your outlook so you can manage all of your appointments. I highly recommend this program. It is very inexpensive. Take a tour at RAB.com

I have used a number of different programs and keep coming back to Outlook as it seems to be the easiest to track add to, and the best way to keep track of contacts, as well as appointments. You can use it for keeping client notes in, and it is easily portable with smart phones, and if you need to you can print out your entire client list with all of your contacts. I beleive it can also be shared it you have a tech savy person who can help you out.

    Karen,

Thanks for your input.  I agree.  I am using Outlook, as I stated I am not the most tech savvy person and have not taken the time to study up on all the Outlook can do and streamline the process.  From Active account management, to prospects etc.

    Thanks once again.
