Sure, Casinos think "everybody" knows how to gamble, and wants to.
Everyday folks feel out of place in a casino, not knowing what to expect.
How about a beginner's party? A chance to look around the casino, learn
how to play the games, how to gamble, etc. Meet the dealers.

I would love to hear what you did with this mp3, was it an on air promotion rolling the dice?

I'm in the music biz, so I think in terms of traffic via music events. But you aren't limited to bringing major acts into big casinos, or even local bands into your bars. My partner and I are in the process of bringing a national three day songwriters event into a casino in our area. There are plenty of other music "convention" type events that small markets could sustain.
