Open House is tomorrow night and I have more registrations than I would ever need to fill my open sales positions.
Anyone else have any ideas to get sales candidates to attend an Open house..?

You might be interested in learning more about RSC member Blake Messer's "Radio Sales Apprentice" program. He can tell you how it works. Based on material I've received from Blake, stations have been able to hire 3-6 likely-to-succeed-from-the-get-go sales reps, give them real-world sales and advertising training, and deploy them in just a matter of a few weeks (maybe not even that long) with his system. I suspect we'll all be hearing more about RSA in the coming year.
