All good radio salespeople look for 'buying signals' throughout their presentation. What's the most interesting way a client has agreed to proceed with your proposal? Mine was: "Okay, I'm ready to drink the Kool-Aid"!! I almost fell out of my chair! :-)

"Let me give you my John Henry." I assume she meant John Hancock but that was her phrase every time.
