It's all about message with HVAC companies, so we really focused on "why would I do business with you today vs your competitor?" The answer was not price. There is almost always co-op avalilable too, although you may have to do the work for the client.

Here in India among categories that advertise on Radio: Real Estate, Telecom, Retail, Education and TV channels are the ones who advertise the most. I have also observed here in Bangalore (Karnataka, India) that radio station shift the studio to a new apartment building and urge the listeners to catch their favorite RJs at say Brigade Residences..This ensures the property gets sampled by the listener base enjoyed by the local station.
During sporting seasons, the radio RJs urge the listeners to join them at say a popular joint and watch all the sporting action with them on large screen....(only for few selected listeners who are lucky in a contest/promotion sponsored by the joint owner)...not so lucky ones get discount vouchers...
