We all know "let me think about it" isn't what we want to hear. In fact, if we let them think about it, they will think of reasons NOT to buy. And there are many techniques for getting past that. But when those techniques fail and you have a procrastinator on your hands.... I'm so overwhelmed, it's been crazy with this, we just need to get A, B, C, D done before we can decide bla bla bla... whatever the darn excuse is.... do you ever feel it's appropriate to draw a line in the sand and say, "If growing your business is something you want to do... then let's get moving. But if you truly feel this is something you're probably not going to do, let me know that... I promise you will NOT hurt my feelings!"
How and when do you draw that line?
