Ten Questions For Your Client

I put together 10 questions that will help you further your relationship with your clients, and retrieve much richer and more useful information from which you can create an effective marketing plan for them. This is certainly not an all encompassing list, and you would certainly want to edit it to fit your particular situations.

    ·         What would a home run for your business look like ?

    ·         What have been your highlights in the last month ?

    ·         What, if you could finalize it this week, would make you jump for joy ?

    ·         Imagine you just had an ideal week. What three major things contributed to this?

    ·         How do you evaluate the success of your marketing plan ?

    ·         What are three reoccurring things that don’t serve or support your business? What is the opposite of those things? How can we make them goals that you are aiming towards rather than items that you are trying to move away from?

    ·         If you could have this goal right now, would you take it ?

    ·         On a scale of 1 – 10 how important is this goal/campaign/etc.  to you?

    ·         What resources will you need to accomplish your goal, what resources do you already have?

    ·         Describe your ideal customer .. Are they male/female, tall/short, young/older, slim/heavy? Are they smiling? Will they smile after they visit your business? What would cause them to smile?
