For years we have had Radio Sales Training videos on YouTube.com and they garnered over 50,000 views from all over the world. I have had people ask me why we gave away training. It's rather simple:
Years ago the Radio Advertising Bureau did incredible radio sales training. Giants like my mentor Dave Gifford, Radio Wayne, Mark Levy and Mike Mahone understood it all and taught it all. Then, the message got mixed and convoluted as more people started talking media mix and selling styles that to me were more tactics than problem solving.
We put together a 15 day series that will take any new rep from green to goal in 15 days. They WILL sell their first annual contract inside of 15 days. They will understand how it is done, no matter the format, the ratings or anything else that people think is important.
The series is at RadioSalesSchool.com and comes with all study materials, tests and anything else someone new or under-performing needs to get up to speed... fast, even if they have a manager who is only minimally concerned or involved in their success.
Okay, the price is right... the series has trained tens of thousands of people... (30% have quit before week three). use it or don't. It's worth every bit of FREE.

Well my alarm didn't go off this morning, warm water in the bathroom was on the fritz, I ended up being late to the office, half my staff is out sick, think I'm coming down with whatever they have, feeling so stressed out.
