I decided to take a new tact with advertising for new people. I am including it below. What we are doing is having people go through training BEFORE they apply to us for work. Additionally, when someone applies we send them through lesson 1 and 2 (quite a few decide not to take the job... and that is a good thing). Okay here you go:

The cost of a bad hire can be in the thousands of dollars in training and lost opportunities. I would rather burn them out in the front of the process than later down the road when they have spent most of their time faking you out. This profession can pay a great wage for those really serious about their career.
