Teach Sellers to "Tell Their Story!" A Great Lesson in Customer

    Those that know me understand that I teach through life experience, and by telling stories of my experiences.

    I have two passions about our business;  great programming from our programming brothers and sisters, and GREAT customer service from every member of my station.... EVERYONE.

     

    This link was recently forwarded to me and I believe this story is the epitome of GREAT Customer Service.  Take 3 minutes to watch this story.  Then take a few more to think about how you can empower your staff to provide great customer service.

    Who will I touch?  How will they react?  What can I do to get my customer service noticed?  How will great customer service impact my product, my station?
