Not to sound harsh but you should thankful you are still on a base salary after two years. I get the feeling you are asking if your company is paying you fairly? A better question would be what should your current income potential be after two years of sales. Sales income is about what YOU put into it, not your company or your base. Figure out what you want to make each year, then figure out (make a plan) on how YOU are going to make that happen. What current accounts can you increase? What prospects can you get on the air and for how much for each an an ANNUAL contract? Then be prepared to back it all up with an ROI. If you work the math, the rest is easy.
