I majored in broadcasting in college and an currently working in radio! What a dream job! Because I recently graduated from college (one year ago) and have only been working in radio sales for five months, I am wondering what kinds of networking opportunities there are out there! I live in Michigan, but might be moving in the next year. So, is there anything national or local I should be a part of? What kinds of networking is there out there? Thank goodness I found Radio Sales Cafe!

It's with equal parts of pride and prejudice that I submit to you that by joining RSC, you've already found a great resource for networking within the radio sales industry. RSC's members represent radio stations in markets large and small across America, Canada, and more than a few countries around the world.
I backed into my own radio career in 1973 and found it a good fit. Take a few minutes to check out the discussion threads on "How Did You Get Into Radio?" HERE and HERE, as well as the various responses in the "New to Radio Sales" forum, and I think you'll find many like-minded radio sales professionals who would welcome the opportunity to help you advance in your career in the business.
That said, you'll also find radio-activity in various LinkedIN groups, and some state broadcaster associations and other localized radio websites might also prove helpful.

Yes, get involved in a BNI Group. Business network International, largest networking group in the world. There are some good books out by the founder, Dr. Meisner, get one. Also, get involved with your local Chamber of Commerce, get on a committee. Work toward getting on the board someday. Another one, a Retail or Downtown Merchants Association.
