My favorite 2 quotes come from Zig Ziglar - I tweeked them for my own use.

"I would prefer to explain high price one time, then poor service repeatedly."

"Is it the lowest possible cost you are looking for...Or is it the highest possible value, that you are looking for?

www.dailywhip.com is a good source of a$$-kicking quotes.  Today's is:

“When you kick your own ass harder than anyone else can kick it, what's left to be scared of?”

I have a giant collection of quotes gleaned (i.e. "stolen") from a variety of sources.  I send one to my staff and an assortment of friends every day.  If you want on my list, e-mail me at [email protected].

I heard that "It it is to be it is up to Me" many years ago during sales management training by an Irish trainer named "James Gore".  He was excellent.  I understand he did do some training here in the States too.  That has stuck with me to this day, simple but very very true....

"The last person to test Radio was Marconi. It's been perfercted."

My sales manager, Phil Fisher, said this to me when I came back from a meeting with a prospect who said he wanted to "test" our station.
